Air Drying: The Superior Method for Preserving Herb Flavor

Air drying is an excellent method for maintaining the natural flavor of herbs. To achieve optimal results, place the leaves, flowers, or seeds in a well-ventilated area until all moisture has evaporated.

At Al Africky, we ensure our herbs are dried in a clean, spacious environment to prevent any cross-contamination. The herbs are spread on nets over a clean surface for a day or two to allow moisture to evaporate. They are then transferred to drying cages to ensure complete drying.

Sturdy Herbs

Robust herbs such as calendula, chamomile, rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, and marjoram are particularly easy to air dry without the need for a dehydrator. These herbs are carefully dried to retain their quality and natural flavors.
