Air Drying

Air Drying is the best method of preserving herbs flavor. Simply expose the leaves, flowers or seeds, herbs in a well ventilated area until the moisture evaporates.

We dry our herbs in a wide and clean area away from cross contamination, we place them over the net on clean ground for a day or two until the moisture evaporates, then we transfer the product to cages to dry well.

Less Tender Herbs — the more sturdy herbs such as Calendula, Chamomile, rosemary, sage, thyme, Basil, marjoram and are the easiest to dry without a dehydrator.
